With 90 employees at 3 locations, we generate 40 million euros in turnover with a focus on sea and air freight. Every year we transport around 20,000 containers by sea, with a focus on imports from Asia. We continue to grow and are looking for <strong>as of now<\/strong> an Import Sea Freight Clerk (m\/f\/d).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of shipments to and from overseas in consultation with customers and overseas offices<\/li>\n<li>Transfer of shipping data to the Cargosoft forwarding programme<\/li>\n<li>Notification to customers<\/li>\n<li>Processing of import orders<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of customs clearances<\/li>\n<li>Create releases to shipping companies<\/li>\n<li>Disposition of subsequent deliveries to customers in coordination with customers and contractors<\/li>\n<li>Processing of complaints<\/li>\n<li>Billing of logistics services<\/li>\n<li>Control of incoming invoices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What sets you apart<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completed training as a businessman for forwarding and logistics services (m\/f\/d)<\/li>\n<li>First professional experience in sea freight import<\/li>\n<li>High customer orientation and ability to work in a team<\/li>\n<li>Written and spoken English<\/li>\n<li>IT skills in MS Office and ATLAS
