Die Antr&auml;ge werden von unseren eigenen Zollabteilungen in Velbert, K&ouml;ln und Hamburg gestellt. Hier k&ouml;nnen unsere Experten deutschlandweit an allen H&auml;fen, Flugh&auml;fen oder Grenz&uuml;berg&auml;ngen verzollen. Selbstverst&#xE4;ndlich verf&#xFC;gen wir &#xFC;ber eigene Aufschubkonten f&#xFC;r Einfuhrumsatzsteuer und Zoll.<\/p>\n<h2>Beschr&#xE4;nkte Fiskalvertretung<\/h2>\n<p>Alternativ bieten wir Ihnen die M&#xF6;glichkeit der sogenannten beschr&#xE4;nkten Fiskalvertretung, bei der ein Fiskalvertreter in den Niederlanden Sie gegen&#xFC;ber den dortigen Finanzbeh&#xF6;rden vertritt.<\/p>\n<p>Das niederl&#xE4;ndische Umsatzsteuersystem bietet einen Cashflow-Vorteil f&#xFC;r nicht in den Niederlanden ans&#xE4;ssige Unternehmen. Wie funktioniert das?<\/p>\n<p>Gem&#xE4;&#xDF; Vorschrift der Europ&#xE4;ischen Union m&#xFC;ssen Sie, zum Zeitpunkt der Einfuhrerkl&#xE4;rung, die Einfuhrz&#xF6;lle und die Umsatzsteuer (21 %) &#xFC;ber den auf der Zollerkl&#xE4;rung angegebenen Warenwert zahlen. Sie k&#xF6;nnen die Umsatzsteuer zwar zur&#xFC;ckfordern, jedoch ist dazu eine Registrierung in den Niederlanden erforderlich und diese Erstattung kann mehrere Monate in Anspruch nehmen. Die Beschr&#xE4;nkte Fiskalvertretung ist die L&#xF6;sung f&#xFC;r dieses Problem.<\/p>\n<p>In den Niederlanden besteht die M&#xF6;glichkeit, eine Sonderregelung (Lizenz) nach Artikel 23 zu nutzen, um die Zahlung der Umsatzsteuer auf den Zeitpunkt der Umsatzsteuererkl&#xE4;rung zu verlegen. Die Einfuhrumsatzsteuer muss dann nicht zum Zeitpunkt der Einfuhrerkl&#xE4;rung gezahlt werden, sondern zu dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem Ihr Fiskalvertreter die Umsatzsteuererkl&#xE4;rung ausf&#xFC;llt. Die Steuer kann au&#xDF;erdem gleichzeitig abgezogen werden, so dass sich der Betrag auf 0,00 &#x20AC; bel&#xE4;uft.<\/p>\n<p>Diese M&#xF6;glichkeit steht in der Regel nur im Einfuhrland ans&#xE4;ssigen Unternehmen offen, aber die niederl&#xE4;ndischen Finanzbeh&#xF6;rden stellen niederl&#xE4;ndischen Unternehmen, die als sogenannte &#x201E;Fiskalvertreter&#x201C; auftreten, eine entsprechende Lizenz aus. Gemeinsam mit unserem Partner in Rotterdam bieten wir diese Dienstleistung seit mehr als 20 Jahren erfolgreich an.<\/p>\n<h2>Generelle Fiskalvertretung mit niederl&#xE4;ndischer Mehrwertsteuernummer<\/h2>\n<p>Ebenfalls m&#xF6;glich ist es Ihnen als deutsches Unternehmen, eine eigene niederl&#xE4;ndische Mehrwertsteuernummer zu beantragen und selbst die Sonderregelung (Lizenz) nach Art. 23 zu beantragen. Dies k&#xF6;nnen wir ebenfalls f&#xFC;r Sie &#xFC;bernehmen und Ihre Importe dann im Rahmen einer sogenannten generellen Fiskalabfertigung durchf&#xFC;hren. Vorteil f&#xFC;r Sie: Transparenz &#xFC;ber Ihre get&#xE4;tigten Ein- und Ausfuhren sowie aller get&#xE4;tigten Ums&#xE4;tze unter Ihrer eigenen niederl&#xE4;ndischen Mehrwertsteuernummer.
