Digitalization is advancing quickly.In order to meet our customers' requirements, we are constantly developing and networking our systems. Our focus here is on your requirements as our customers. This is why we develop and customize these systems in cooperation with you.

DSCM

Dörrenhaus Supply Chain Management, or DSCM, is our smart platform for your logistics. It combines efficient order processing with a high degree of transparency in your shipment processes.

With DSCM, you can control and influence the transport chain before and during shipping. We also offer individual solutions and customised solutions tailored to your needs.

It includes a classic order management system with the option of having your ordered goods retrieved by our offices in Asia as well as a customisable tool for managing and controlling your shipments. The entire transport process, from booking your supplier to delivery, is covered by the system.

The DSCM consists of three modules::

Ebooking

Ebooking allows you to access your orders placed with the supplier and then receive customised transport proposals. After confirming or adjusting the desired shipment, the booking including the planned shipment dates is assigned a corresponding status in Order Management and can be viewed.

Track & Trace

After shipment, your consignments are available with all details in the tracking system. A connection with the seaports ensures that the arrival data of your shipments is updated and can also be sent automatically by email if required. The Track & Trace also includes a document management system, which enables documents to be downloaded and uploaded. House B/L, tax assessments and freight invoices are automatically stored here by our system and can be retrieved by you at any time. However, the platform can also be used to store your shipping documents such as packing lists, commercial invoices or customs clearance instructions in line with your order.

Planning

The scheduling tool enables web-based scheduling of your deliveries. You enter your desired date and delivery address in your order and our transport specialists take care of the rest.
