Since October 2019, we have adjusted our processes to the requirements of Amazon FBA sellers and operate two warehouse sites in Velbert with an overall capacity of 8,000 m² for this purpose. Our location is perfect as several central warehouses of Amazon can be reached from here within one hour.

Below you will find an overview of the services we can provide for you:

Procurement logistics from the Far East

We support FBA sellers in loading their goods cost-effectively and, depending on the urgency, on the means of transport with the appropriate transit time. To this end, we operate our own consolidated containers by sea and rail freight, which are routed to our warehouse locations in Velbert. We take care of all services from collection of the goods, customs clearance until arrival at our warehouse. Customs clearanceuntil we arrive at our camp.

Pre-FBA before delivery to Amazon

Upon arrival at our warehouse, we clear your goods through customs and then palletise your products according to type and store them temporarily. After receiving your instructions and the FBA labels, we prepare your shipment at the Amazon central warehouse according to their internal guidelines. We hand over the palletized goods to the respective central warehouse, after booking a corresponding time slot at the Carrier’s Central. If shipment by pallets is not possible, we will of course provide the boxes to the parcel delivery company of your choice.

Temporary storage

You don't have to worry about temporary storage, whether short or long term. We have sufficient capacity available for you at a fair price in our 8000 m² of storage space. You can call up the quantity required for a new delivery to the central warehouse for sale at any time and we will deliver it on time.

Personal contact persons

Your personal contacts at Dörrenhaus are specially qualified in this area and receive regular training. Our Amazon FBA team is always on hand with help and advice.
