With a successful successful customs declaration you are entitled to have your goods transferred through a customs procedure. Customs declarations are generally submitted electronically. Only in exceptional cases can these be given in writing, orally or through an action.In addition, a distinction is made between

a standard customs declaration and
a simplified customs declaration.

From January 1, 2021, all customs declarations according to theUnion Customs Code must be submitted electronically.
